Property Manager Recommendation Auckland

Hi all

We are looking for recommendations for a property manger in West Auckland. Ideally we are looking for someone who manages properties throughout Auckland as we have other properties in another part of Auckland we will be looking to have managed over the next while.

thanks for your suggestions. We have taken on Karen Workman, B&T Henderson. She has been recommended from another source and she has proven to be right on the money so far (dealing with the fall out from recently evicted tenants).

yes, it looks like there are a few that manage throughout Auckland. we thought this might be the way to go initially but ultimately feel its probably best to keep it local to the property.

Great choice Assena. I rented a house through B&T Henderson, excellent team of people.

Getting back to your original question I was looking a PM in West AKL also not too long ago. Barfoot and Thompson was second on my list with Harcourts Henderson on the top of my list.
If Barfoot and Thompson doesn't work out for you I recommend Nadine Stone at Harcourts Henderson, have heard excellent things about her and have chosen her to manage my rental out in Henderson.
