Can anyone recommend a good property manager for a pt chevalier unit i want to rent out?

Also how much do they normally charge? i got told 8.5% is that normal?

Stay away from Crockers - I got appalling service from them.

Lauren Barnett - from Anne Duncan - their office is in Mt Albert - and of course she looks after Pt Chev.

She has worked for me for many years and saved me many thousands due to pre-empting any number of issues.
