Wellington PIA - Members Meeting Monday 28 May 2007
Our meeting will commence at 7.15 pm at The Lecture Theatre, The Royal Society Building, 11 Turnbull Street Wellington.
Our first speaker is Ian Cassels, MD - The Wellington Company Limited. Ian will be speaking on the extent to which an investor can positively influence his or her investment and on the effects of sustanability on property values.
Alison Cadman - Wellington Housing Trust is our second speaker. The Wellington Housing Trust is a registered charitable trust that provides affordable accommodation to low income people in Wellington. Alsion is the Trust's manager and will talk briefly about the Trust and its work and generally about housing in Wellington for people on low incomes. She will be accompanied by a representative from the Regional Public Health.
