Recommended accountants/solicitors in Tauranga?

Hi,
I am in the process of deciding on both an accountant & solicitor in Tauranga who are experts with property investment and who are good at advising options to suit various situations best. They must be someone I can stick with for the long term and not worry about out growing as my investing knowlege/needs increases.
Any recommendations?
