Where are we now in a property cycle clock???

In a property cycle clock, if 12 indicates an extreme hot market, 6 indicates a dead market, from 12 to 6 is falling; from 6 to 12 is rising, I wonder where we are now? Look forward to hearing from what the other investors think where we are now in a property cycle clock? (Are we still at 12:00 o'clock???)

    Hi

Difficult to tell in my humble opinion. Certainly past 12 o'clock (Boom)
Market is flatish. Maybe 3 0'clock.

We'll be able to say clearly once we're at 6 o'clock (the slump or bust).

So it'll all be clear with retro-scope (if it's a word).

      Hi Freedompath,

Whereabouts are you located? NZ is not just one big market...cycles within cycles and all that.

You will get different "times" depending on where you are...Glenn (Nelson) would give you a different answer to John H (Hawkes Bay) or the myriad of investors in Auckland.
