Property Email Notifier

[johnny1230]

What sites do you use for property email alerts, and what are the urls to each?

Do you find this a good reliable way to find property without much time input?

Here's one

Have a look at the yellow pages website and do a search for real estate companys in your local area it will list them all including web sites.

Plus a couple you had not thought of.

I get around 15 or so notifiers every day.
Most of the RE companies do them as do Trade Me and Homesell. Some are better than others in the information you can request. Some you will have to set up several notifiers if you are looking in more than one area. Trade Me is great as you can search for 'key' words.
