Hello everyone

myself and a friend are builders and we have an investor willing to invest in some property with us
we would like to build new and keep as rentals
My question is how is a fair way to go about the investor getting a return on his money
we wish to all have an equal share in the property and the capital gain

interested to know if anyone else has done this
