Hi there, i am looking for an real estate agent to help me sell my property in 25 dalmeny street tokoroa.



4 bedroom, in good condition, need to sell asap, due to tenant not paying rent and cannot look after as one band man.



I am located in acukland, please i need to sell by october 2016.



All offers over $74k accepted.



Please list on $79k



Reason of selling is because tenants dont pay on time and i am based in Auckland and as a one man band cannot visit tokoroa often to look after the property.

House is current tenanted, but tenant has been served notice to vacate and hopefully vacates in the next few days, then an open home can be arranged.

Please send your agreement and commission and whether you accept only sole agency or open agency

If anyone recommend an affordable sales agent, who can sell quick as i need it to be sold before November 2016 due to other commitment in Auckland.

What sort of rental are you charging and what are the outgoings?

Hi beano rent is $160 per week, the outgoings are house insurance $147 per month with vero, and council rates $1600 per year a small discount if you pay in one installment or on time.

I used to manage the property myself so no management expenses, reason for selling due to change of investing strategy, thanks and please put your offer on the table and might be considered.
