Looks like houses close to main urban centers are going to be allowed to build at a greater density and to a greater height, and that this 'mixed housing urban' will be expanded to include more houses (moving them from mixed housing suburbon to mixed housing urban).
If your house/land has been lucky enough to have been moved into the 'mixed housing urban' from the much more common zoning 'mixed housing suburbon', then it's likely the intrinsic value (value of land, potential earning power of land etc) has just increased.
