Build high density affordable apartment in Auckland will solve the problem.
Apartments can be more environmental friendly and liveable than landed houses.
I will trade my landed properties with these anytime.
All these high rise buildings are real, people are living in it now.

could housing affordability
do to netanyahu
what hammas couldn't?
A critical report issued last month by the state comptroller’s office found that house prices rose by 55% between 2008 and 2013 and continue to soar, while rents increased by 30% in the same period, hurting Israel’s 470,000 poorest households.
as a response he is promising to bring down housing prices by
busting up israel's lands authority which controls land releasehave you defeated them?

Many countries dug into their reserve to defend their currencies as USD continue to soar.Originally posted by elguapo View PostRevision to norm, or new normal? When (if!) the US starts jacking up interest rates later this year, hold onto your hat is my thoughts, that could send a real shockwave around the world.
Money will always flow to the areas with highest potential for capital gain.
Do you park your assets in fiat money or something that is more "real"?

Fine for old people but where do the children play / learn / interact with the environment? Or is exercise just scheduled to an 1hr a day in a park down the road somewhere / on the roof? Its no wonder things like ADHD are on the rise when we coop them up inside all day. I saw some buildings like this in Bali and they do brighten the place up.Last edited by Maccachic; 16-03-2015, 09:09 AM.

Is there evidence that children in 'intensive, compact' cities have higher rates of ADHD than NZ?Originally posted by Maccachic View PostFine for old people but where do the children play / learn / interact with the environment? No idea I don't have kids but I know as a kid if I was cooped up in front of a computer / TV for most the day every day - I would have been incredibility bored / feral. Instead of outside unless the weather was horrid / it was meal time.Originally posted by Wayne View PostIs there evidence that children in 'intensive, compact' cities have higher rates of ADHD than NZ?
Loads of parents claim their children have these disorders (without diagnosis) and you look at their living situation and it blatantly obvious the cause. My cousin was one diagnosed with it (possibly so his deadbeat mother could on sell the drugs) when my Uncle finally got custody and him settled he was top of the class in a few subject and doing really well - no drugs needed.

Learn farming at the roof...

Run on the roof...

Almost close to landed properties with big lawn...

With high rise building and apartments, more forest can be saved by not flatten the trees to build landed house where only a few can enjoy. Children can enjoy nature by strolling or pedalling to the forest in the city. Do you know we have a mountain bike trail right at the centre of Auckland city? Arch Hill
