Run down houses in Auckland,Happy new year 2015 !!!

Hi guys, happy new year 2015 and many more to come.

I have made a goal to buy 10 run downs properties for 2015, so i really need your help
to locate the best suburbs to buy at discount prices.

I will sell all of my properties outside Auckland and just focus in the greater Auckland region.

Please share your knowledge, as i will be really busy trying to find the deal of the week.

From reading your posts, you seem to have a lot of guts (which is a good thing) looking for run down or leaky properties. I'm just curious how long you have been doing it or if you just started recently.

- fix these run downs up for buy and hold

- patch them up enough to flick for a profit

- expect the tenants to pay off the mortgage + provide the funds to fix up each dump....while they lived in it?

Hi Eri,

Idea 1 is to repair and flip ASAP, (Cash in hand for this)

Idea 2 is to rent at half market due to property in repairs

Idea 3,4 and 5 still consulting with my team of professionals.

But i need to put into action idea no 1 ASAP.
