Lease roadside space in unsealed carpark in small North Island town to government client. Site is on side street.
Probably 10 year term.
About 30-40m2, not specifically assigned - exact size neither here nor there as there is plenty of space.
Regular traffic from locals but small town so not much.
How much? Any other two cents worth?
