      • If this is the property being talked about then it sold in a jiffy so didn't need better photos.
        Anything sells in Ak at the moment it seems.

          Clever reverse psychology, use poor quality photos and a private sale and people assume your a bunny and the place is underpriced......get a bunch of over-eager punters on the phone together and dutch auction it.

                    While I agree that there are some awful photos on Trademe that would be off-putting to less-astute buyers, I have seen far worse than these ones and it doesn't seem to have done this particular seller any harm.

                      While I agree the photos arent as bad as many others on trademe, the choice of lighting could have been better.
