NZ Herald Property Report

Blame the Queens Birthday but I missed the property report in the NZ Herald? Does anyone have a summary of the performing suburbs? How did Kingsland and Te Atatu South track? Always find it good property read - annoyed I missed it! Nothing online for the suburb break down.

Brilliant - thank you for this much appreciated. Interesting results - very annoyed to have missed the insert. Kingsland can't be accurate - surely. Is this skewed as a result of not enough properties being sold in Kingsland you reckon?

Just to double check thelibrary - is that Kingsland price not a typo above?

Hi, Just checked. No typo, but to 31/03/13 there were 4 houses sold compared with 9 for 31/12/2012.
