I am interested in trading houses in auckland over a short period of time, hopefully someone can tell me how they have done, and is now a good time to be doing it, and i was originally looking in the south, but now have decided to look in the west, hopefully someone can advice me thanks

I can afford something up to 400k, but with the areas im looking in i think i have to be buying under 300k
