Reidbuilt homes issues

Does anyone have any experiences in buying those cheap and nasty kitset type Reidbuilt homes from the 1970's. The one's that have real thin walls. they don't look to be hardiplank. Are they noisy? Cold? Attract cheaper quality tenants? Issues with the constructions and materials? All thoughts greatly appreciated.

Not many are!

probably built for people earning less than the average wage

there's a lot of them

they need housing too

Does anyone know who supplies the internal gutting?.

Flyernzl have you got any tips for renovating, As we want to redo bathroom & kitchen.
