Recommend a property finder

Hi folks, been lurking on this forum for a while, lots of useful info and experienced ppl!
I'm interested in investing in a rental in Auckland and have done some research re: area demographics, pricing, rentals etc
Due to time constraints I am unable to visit auckland often enough to search for property myself (i live in sydney), therefore I'd like to employ a finder/buyers agent to help me do that
I understand there are a lot of issues with the current breed of buyers agents and have had some previous unwelcome experience in the past that is why I want to ask the community if they've had a positive outcome and if someone could recommend me an honest, experienced and diligent agent

I've used Maree Mortimer from www.ifindproperty.co.nz and she's great.

Also Shane from www.nexusproperty.co.nz, is really good too.

Don't be afraid to question all their figures but they both have integrity and create some good deals.
