Congrats boys, glad you are getting in early. Have looked at getting into property a number of times and never gone through with it, looking back, always a regret.
I was wondering if anyone had any commentary on the cost of an extra bedroom. There is a all glass sun room in the property I am looking at, thinking of demolishing it and reusing the foundation. Lots of variables I am sure, but a rough guide would be?
