Hi Nikolas

I would recommend you get some property investment books out from the library or buy them on TradeMe.

Two good ones are:

1. Building wealth through investment property by Jan Somers and Dolf de Roos - a bit old now but still relevant
2. Location, Location by Michael Boulgaris (general overview on real estate)

Also there are quite a few property shows on TV worth watching - most are on the Living Channel if you have Sky but I think others like Grand Designs are on free tv.

ive been reading a couple of steve mcknight's books. realy good.
ive heard about the location location one a few times i will have a read.
