    Three Different Options

Don't know if you have seen my last topic but I think I have three options.

First is to buy a three bedroom house in Glendene or Henderson area in Waitakere City in Auckland and rent out two other rooms.

Second option is buy a two or three bedroom house in Waitakere City and rent it out to a family and keep renting myself for cheap in Glendene.

Third option is to buy cheaper outside of Auckland in a medium size town like Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North.

From my last topic I have 21,000 in ANZ bank accounts.

    I am 20 years old.

I work full time at AMI Insurance.

I flat in Glendene with 3 other people.

It's possible to live in your own IP and still have the expenses be deductible, I'd go down that route combined with option 1.

If you can handle option one
uy a three bedroom house in Glendene or Henderson area in Waitakere City in Auckland and rent out two other rooms.
this option would be most cost affective as you save on rent and still get some of the mortgage subsidised etc.

What is your budget? , are you pre approve?

I would consider perhaps Home and Income or relative high yielding property, this would help you with serviceability.
