Barfoots City Office - good salesman required ?

Anyone have dealings with this office or sell property through their auctions.

I am looking to sell property and want the name of a good agent from the office and dont want to be fobbed off to one of the back room dingbats

What sort of fobbing does a backroom dingbat do?

pointless stuff that goes in circles without getting anywhere

asks Q but never answers them

      contributes randomly/incoherently when not asked

and isn't worth the time to try to understand

      that kind of stuff
      have you defeated them?
      your demons

That office mainly does apartments and has a reputation for selling apartments - will you get suburban buyers looking on their website and walking past their offices?

            Wednesday Auctions

I am talking more about there Wednesday auctions Jimmy.
I have been to a few now and attract quite a gathering.

The auctions cover mortgage auctions for all of Barfoots from 9.00 and then move into other properties and finish's around 1.00.

Seems to be properties all round auckland.

I went there to buy in 2009 a few times but the bidding blew me out of the water.
Not sure how strong it is in todays market.

Early 2009 and late 2009 were poles appart as far as the property market is concerned and I think I was there late 2009.

Try Trevor Edwards, he is based there. Has had a lot of experience both in Mortgagee sales and Residential.

Interesting, I read the profiles, and I had him and Kevin Aldwell as my two options.

This may be a pointless question but is your property in central Auckland? I would pick a good agent in the area where your property is situated.

I would recommend Dawn Buxton. She is in the Meadowbank office however they do there auctions out of the City office. She specializes in the central eastern suburbs.
