Casa Bella complex in Albany

Anyone knows well about it? looks like there are at least 3 properties on trademe now. Are they good built or good quality? Who was the developer? Leaky risky?

Usually multiple sales from a same village could mean something is happening, an example could be like body corporate starts to demand big maintenance fee etc?

Any comment will be appreciated.

I remember a few stories on the developer . Leaky buildings & the developer taken to court by council for not having enough car parks.

I would definietly have a talk to the body corp and residents and also a very good lawyer to check it out.

Casa Bella Albany

I am an original owner of nearly 10 years at Casa Bella, and can assure anybody out there that we are NOT a leaky building. We have had 3 companies check thoroughly over several years and there is absolutely no sign of a problem. (we are one of the few lucky ones)

It is very disappointing for complete strangers to say such things with no proof. Yes the council did take issue with the developers regarding parking, and yes the developers went under...10 years ago.

Casa Bella would be one of the best terraced townhouse complexes around, it is family oriented, quiet, attractive with lovely gardens and facilities, over half of the townhouses are lived in by the owners at present.

We often have no sales for months on end, but as soon as one place goes up for sale, others try too, as the buyers are already looking here. I know for a fact that 2 of these are for sale as the families have grown too large for the space, and need larger homes.
