$30k more than Real Estate Company are Offering

I noticed Venture Property (formerly Blue Peak) are offering a property on its website for $30k more than Braziers are offering it for sale on their website. This seems to be a rather big price hike for a property that you could get at cheaper price by being on the database of interested investors recieving email updates from Braziers or checking their website on a weekly basis.

Interested to know what other investors think of the deals being offered by Venture Property and if they think it is worth paying extra for a property they could get at a cheaper price by doing a little bit of legwork.

If the price is a big hike on the retail price I doubt they are actually aimed at investors, probably first home buyers or mom & pop first time investors, the ones blue chip etc targeted.
But there is no excuse for anyone paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for something not doing their research. If they don't and find out they have overpaid, they only have themselves to blame.

The homes are aimed soley at investors, most the properties are RBTR.

With blue chip, merlot, gateway to queensland etc gone, there is a good niche to target those kind of investors who don't mind paying above retail price or do not educate themselves to the property values in the area they are purchasing. I bet they have lots of buyers too.

Braziers still have it for sale at $350k on their website.
