Chifley Suites ads are flooding Trademe at the moment - there was also a Don Ha seminar being advertised in the paper for it.
I was quite intrigued by their claim to be selling for well under replacement cost with capital growth on purchase. They seem to be asking around the 7-8k/m2 mark which is way, way, above what others have been selling, even some of the Metropolis ones.
Which brings me to my question - Just what is replacement cost for something like the Chifley?
