    Best Hi Rent Area

    Im a newb and would like to know if I could get advice on the best area for Hi rents. Also Hi rents plus Hi Capital Gains.

    Basically Im looking at around 400,000NZD to 500,000NZD and want to get secure tenants and the best rent possible.

      The highest rental return per dollar invested (yield) is usually in the least desirable areas. The reason for this is simple: these areas represent the highest risks.
