    Auckland council description of improvements

    Hiya

    Can anyone shed some light on the meaning of the description of improvements from the Auckland City Council? I.e. what is the difference between "House & Flat' versus "2 flats"?

      House & flat would be i suspect referring to a minor dwelling of 60 M squared or less in addition to the "house".

          That is a bit confusing... does that mean that '2 FLATS' would be two minor dwellings? It doesn't seem to makes sense?
