Every budget polystyrene house Ive lived in is cracking or leaky. I look at this in comparison to Aussie cladded homes Ive lived in or owned and the difference is cladding over bricks vs cladding over virtually nothing.

Outside replacing the weatherboard with brick are any of the below methods reliable?
