was replacing the soakpit that was there

I know of a newbuild in Wgtn, council made them get an engineers drawing for there soakpit plus the consent fees plus the registed drain layer
cant remember exact cost but was up around 10 k mark

That cost sounds about right.
Engineers use standard designs and calculation sched but still charge!
