Passive Ventilation - Window / Trickle Vents

Hi folks,

Has anyone had experience with easy air window vents, also called trickle vents? They are vents installed in tops of windows and allow passive flow air ventilation. You need to have them installed on various windows around the house to get a through-flow of air. I am looking at these vents in lieu of a ventilation system. Any feedback welcomed! Thanks.

had them in the UK on newly installed double glazed windows. As far as I could tell they did bugger all to reduce condensation.
