Very interesting read thanks Muppet.

The report basically summarises rising house prices are mainly caused by excessive land regulation, and many of the other factors we're lead to believe affects housing, such as interest rates, are not as relavent as we think.

It also states the negative social & long term economic impact of decreasing housing affordability.
