Oh you poor buggers! The Govt gives landlords with mortgages a six month holiday and tenants still have to pay!! Screw you

It is a deferment, not a holiday.

Like being given a few extra months to pay off your credit card.

You still have to pay the full amount, you still have to pay interest on that amount and (surprise - surprise) the lender will also charge interest on the interest you have not paid.

So its actually a very expensive deal.
