I wanted to know if areas near Homai , Jellicoe rd & sturdee road are safe areas for new family to stay ?

wanted some info before i move in that area.

it shows 18% burglary .

is it bad ????

The area is pretty reasonable i have a property there and have had it for quite a few decades.I do a drive down that area every couple of weeks and don't see any signs of trouble. The areas to avoid IMO ,but this may have changed would be further down towards Clendon.

Homai has been awful for decades. I am very surprised if it has gentrified.
