    You didnt say what the cladding was?

    you should factor in the cost of a reclad and pay value accordingly. If you worry about rot then stay away from timber but steel rusts and masonry leaks so you aremt left with much?

    otherwise buy 50+ years and then the rot is already there and we aren't surprised?? Go figure?

      The cladding is Hames Harditex sheet with Polystrene
