my sympathies but the system shafted you. You cant blame councils fro not wanting to issue when they were screwed over with leaky claims but the law was on your side. There is no justification to not get a CCC but only excuses from council to not issue one.

A CoA should be the same as the old Safe and sanitary with the same effective disclaimer but councils (and MBIE) are determined to raise reliance on them to the same as a CCC as evident in this determination just released
