Bankrupted former Richmastery promoter Phil Jones was summonsed to a meeting with Official Assignee staff earlier this month to explain his financial circumstances.

I am one of the creditors with this. I am owed approximately $450k in New Zealand. I am still owed approx $170k in the US with judgments awarded. Advice from my Attorneys was that none of my awards go away with this bankruptcy due to the type of lawsuit awarded so I am pursuing in other countries.
