    Help - relocated house

    Hi,

We are looking to buy our first home in North Shore. We have found a home in Glenfied, but it is a relocated home. We don't know anything about these kind of houses?
    - how do they compare with regular homes on market and resale values?
    - what should I look in the building report before buying?
    - is there any other 'catches' to these kind of homes?

Thank you in advance for any advices.

well it will have good foundations, probably new plumbing and wiring, biggest problem with relocated houses is they stand out in the street

As with any house (including new houses) you should get a building report done!
