Hi all. Is there any value in offering lending institutions positive letters of reference as to a Landlords performance. Could a range of excellent references help in anyway secure funding or is it a little naive on my part?
Very good idea. The bank is always interested in the borrower's income, and its sustainability. A series of references from tenants, confirming that paid they $X per week for a lengthy period, must be relevant to any lender.
