Property Cycle By Trass & getting developer deals

I think from memory it was Kieran Trass that mentions in his book on the property cycle.

That early slump it is a good time to buy property from developers. or basically words to that effect. I will have to get book out to check.

In the past week I have noticed several more developers off loading property at around 10% below RV.

So if you are an investor who wants newly built property at a good price then choose your areas well and the deals are there now.

I think there could be some huge opportunities as a lot of developers will have lost their mezz funding and won't be able to finish projects so cashed up developers / investors can get them at large discounts and finish them off and enjoy the rewards
