Website or book on setting up a company?

Hi guys, does anyone know of a good book or website that has up to date info on setting up and running a company in NZ including GST, tax rates, shareholders, director responsibilities and all that stuff?

    Hello summadayze,

I suggest you use an accountant to do this.

The IRD website has good resources for first time business owners. They are surprisingly helpful in explaining everything you need to do & will provide a one-on-one session with an advisor for free.
