New Sale and Purchase agreement - version 8

Hi

Has anybody used this agreement yet, or has any opinions on the latest version?
I'm still using the old version but it's been interesting to see that:

1. Some lawyers are insisting that all new offers are made on this contract
2. Some agents are insisting on using it
3. Some agents, while they have heard of its existence, are completely unaware of its changes.

There are 4 or 5 important changes that make it important to be using it. Some of the fine print makes life easier for traders. Start using it ASAP.
My understanding is that the 7th edition is officially obsolete anyway, I'm just not sure when that date kicks in.

Good luck with the Ferrari acquisition (re your coments on TradeMe). I believe God drives one, and Jesus certainly would have preferred to scoot into town in one rather than some silly old donkey.
