I'm looking to hookup with a good wellington lawyer to
work with in regards to purchasing an IP in wellington and setting up a LAQC property investment company. There are no major legal complications, but I'm wanting someone who has an interest/experience working with investment property.

There are a number of threads on LAQCs verses Trusts. May be worth doing a search.

Also, you can go to a specialist like Company Solutions for your structures and a use a lawyer who specialises in conveyancing for your purchases. That way you get great conveyancing prices but know that your structures have been set up correctly.
