    Laqc Or Sole Trader?

    Hi all.
I am at the moment in the process of buying my first ip. I have talked to my accountant about what tax structure I should buy under. He has recomendend sole trader but I dont understand why he recommends this. I am living pretty cheaply at the mo, I am on 19.5 tax rate and am concidering livng in the 4 bedroom house and renting out the rooms to boarders and self contained flat so that I can see through doing repairs and renovations (any comment on that?) My long term aim in property is to work my way to the top(millionare and beyond) so obviously I plan on purchusing a lot of property.
Going by this information I would appreciate any comments about an appropriate tax structure I could use.

    Cheers,

    Sean

Do a search as there are plenty of threads on this.

The answer for your questoin is that you probably dont need one for what you are planning on doing, especially since you plan to live in it yourself.

HOwever, an LAQC gives flexibility in the future.
