I am thinking to buy a vacant land. Which lander would lend me > 80% for a vacant land? I know I should go to see a broker and ask this kind of question, but some people may know well

I doubt very much if any mainstream lenders would consider that much for land. It's been a while since I looked at it but I think lending is more like 60% for a vacant block.You can find me at: Energise Web Design -

Another option might be to pick up the phone and ring a few banks and find out from the horse's mouth.
