Recommendation for Accountant specializing in Real Estate

I am looking into investing into property,
I plan to consult a Accountant specializing in Real Estate, to run by my strategy and numbers.

If you have any recommendation, please pass them on.
I am from christchurch, would prefer recommendations for accountants from chch area.

Well, if you don't get any recommendations for the Christchurch area, you might consider Ross Barnett (Roscoe in this forum), who is from Coombe Smith in Hamilton, ph 07 839 2801.

With communication as easy as it is in the electronic age, there really isn't too much barrier from geographical separation.

Ross owns investment property himself and has been generous with good advice to the forum.
