      Hmm... it's quite unfortunate you got a bad apple; but to be frank, even if you had the formulae, i doubt it would be of much use at all: the formulae is so dependant on so many variables, you have to give a very specific scenario to get any sensible number out of it,

      A real professional in loan structures should instead look to structure the loan(s) in away that's balanced and hopefully won't require you to break save the most extreme situation.
