What does it mean when the title deed has listed under Instrument:-
1. Transmission
2. Departmental Dealing?

1. A transfer pursuant to a Will. The registered proprietor has died and the estate Executor now holds the title.

2. This is an action by the Land Registry staff and usually occurs where there has been a spelling error or such. Pretty unusual and not normally of consequence to anyone except the registered proprietor.
