1. What needs to be done?
2. Who is going to do it?
3. Who is going to pay for it?
4. When is it going to be done?
5. What is going to happen if it is not done?
6. Who will be responsible to compensate for it?
A lot of time during the settlement process we hear they verbally agreed to do? Then when it comes to action, we have dispute. If it is identified clearly in the Agreement then there can be no dispute.
