    Bridging finance - help please

Can anyone recommend a finance company that still exists to get finance to finish up a construction project we are doing. We have pre-approvals from some of the major banks once it is completed (as we plan to keep), but are finding it hard to find any finance companies that are left to do that.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Allan

Sorry to say Al, but that is exactly the market that finance companies are trying to avoid at the moment, and a significant contributing factor to their recent demise.

Recommend that you either approach a broker in the commercial market, or start working your way through the yellow pages.

      www.newbuild.co.nz

Best construction loan in the market IMO.

How much is the land worth? How much have you borrowed and from who. You can private message me if you want.

          Likewise and in addition:
          cost to complete
          val'n as complete

if it fits our criteria, may be able to assist.
