    A landlord's tool-kit of products.

At the huge sucess of another current thread "A landlord's tool-kit of skills".
I have decided to expand and start a thread on "A landlord's tool-kit of products". We all have our favourite products or items we use regulary.

What products do you as investors find usefull in your investing?
It could range from anything like paintbrushes to your calculator. Heres you chance members to spread the word.
