Not sure if this is the right forum to post this thread.

Found a whole lot of free spreadsheets that may be of some use.

re spreadsheets

Thanks, those are great. I was thinking of purchasing some software, but I think these will be a good starting point.

Hi Lawrence

Have added the website to the list of resource web sites in Property Library Links Forum.

Thankyou

I found the 130+ page book "Mortgages Exposed", downloadable from the same website in PDF, is even more interesting. I have read a couple of pages and it looks like the book is written by someone very experienced in mortgages.

Muppet!!!!

You missed the opportunity to welcome Woodsywoods to the forum!!

Eye off the ball?

Hi Woof

And so did Fudosan.

Anyway, a belated welcome to PT, Woodsywoods.
Also by doing a search on http://www.propertyinvesting.com you should find a couple of other spreadsheets as well. One is from javasoft and the other is by ez-rent.

Well, muppet, I though I would give somebody a chance. It's a democratic forum after all, right?
